Taha Khan - UX Designer

I am an aspiring designer driven by curiosity, empathy, and a core belief that products should feel meaningful and inclusive for the people that use them.

I began my journey studying psychology, where I developed a deep interest in how people think, feel, and their motivations. That academic foundation gave me the tools to analyze behavior and uncover patterns, but it also showed me something else: behind every dataset is a real person with real needs. Wanting to apply this understanding more directly, I found my way into design and used what I'd gained to better shape human experiences.

Before UX, I gravitated towards people-centered roles that shaped how I approach design today. From supporting individual clients as a behavior technician to engaging communities through outreach,  I learned to listen carefully, adapt to different needs, and create solutions that matter in context.

I'm now pursuing a Master's in User Experience, where I'm building on my foundation through advanced research methods, interaction design, and usability testing. My coursework and projects allow me to experiment with translating insights into interfaces and stories people can connect with. I approach design not just as problem-solving, but as an opportunity to bridge gaps between people and technology in ways that feel human, inclusive, and intentional. My goal is to create experiences that are intuitive, but also resonate with users on a personal level.

Outside of design, you'll usually find me either outdoors, exploring new creative outlets, or diving into the latest indie simulation game I've found.
